Return & Exchange Policy

• Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, show no sign of testing and in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• All goods sold are strictly s non- refundable. However, items may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (with any price difference to be paid).
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Process

• Provide the details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
• Wait for our approval and return instruction.
• Send the item to the provided return address (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
